One summary a day, the same for every client. It is only made when someone clicks Update now, never automatically, and it is not added to any client's reports.

Standard advisors see and open only the clients they look after. Admins see every client in the firm, choose who looks after each client, and manage advisors. A new advisor joins when they first sign in to Equidge online with the email address you add here.
For everyone in the firm.

Everything here covers the whole household: every portfolio for every person.
Every portfolio in this login valued together, by person and by kind of account, with the holdings you own in more than one place. About a minute.
Will the money last? 4,000 possible futures for your investment returns, in today's money (after inflation). Starts from today's values of each person's pensions, ISAs and other accounts.
What corporation tax would take if holdings in a company-owned portfolio were sold, so you can weigh selling against the tax. The analysis of a company portfolio is given these figures and told to judge every sell after tax.
Add what the cash records here cannot see: ISA money paid into accounts not in this app, and employer or other pension contributions. Set a lower pension annual allowance if yours is tapered (high income) or reduced after taking pension money flexibly (£10,000).
Contributions come from the cash records (money paid in and pension tax relief, imported from statements or entered on the Tracking tab), so they are only as complete as those. Each portfolio's kind of account and owner are set under Rules, Holdings settings. Limits for 2026/27: ISA £20,000 (Lifetime ISA £4,000 of it), Junior ISA £9,000 per child, pension annual allowance £60,000 including tax relief and employer contributions.
How this portfolio, as it is today, would have fared in past market falls, and in a few what-if shocks. About a minute the first time. Mitigation works out the sells and buys that would soften each what-if shock, and how big the fall would be afterwards.
Change the mix (or add any Yahoo code) and see how it would have done against what you hold now: return, swings and worst fall. Both are rebalanced back to their mix once a year.
Slide back through time to see this portfolio as it stood on any week: what you held (from purchase dates and logged trades), what it was worth, and the advice and reports from around then.
Shares, funds, ETFs or trusts: pros and cons against this portfolio's strategy and rules.
Ask why something was recommended or chosen, e.g. "Why sell Baillie Gifford Managed rather than trim it?" or "Why was Jupiter India switched, and to what?".Ask about anything in the report, e.g. "How has the Lazard fund behaved compared with the market?" or "What does the look-through show about technology?". Answers use this report, the agents' saved working and your rules.
Are this portfolio's rules fit for purpose? The check replays them on your current holdings over each of the last five years of real prices (quarterly reviews, no hindsight), then switches each rule off in turn to see what it added or cost, and whether it reduced the worst fall. About a minute. A scheduled run refreshes it every quarter, and the planner takes it into account.
For anything the forms do not cover. Saving keeps the previous version as a .bak copy next to the file. Invalid YAML is refused.
From the first scheduled run: grey dashed = your portfolio if nothing had changed; teal = if all the advice had been taken; purple = what you actually hold, from the trades you log. Manual runs from this app never count as advice.
Set a starting cash balance once (what the account held in cash on a date); after that, money paid in or out, dividends, interest, fees and every trade you log keep it up to date.
How the scout's ideas and the reviewer's calls in your past reports have done since, against your benchmark: a scout idea or a keep is right if it beat the benchmark, a sell or trim if it did worse, a switch if the replacement did better. Measured so far and after 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The planner and the scout see this before each analysis.
Settings apply to every portfolio.

My Claude login: the agents run through the Claude Code app on this Mac, signed in with your own Claude account, so usage comes out of your Claude plan instead of API credit. Install Claude Code (claude.com/claude-code) and sign in once by running claude in Terminal. Large runs use a fair share of your plan's usage limits; if you hit a limit, switch to API key or wait for it to reset.
Used by the agents. It is saved only in the .env file in your project folder, on this computer, and is never shown again in full.
Test key sends one tiny request (a few tokens, a fraction of a cent) to check the key works.
Optional. Both are free and are only used to check the scout's share ideas against official records. Saved only in the .env file on this computer.
The SEC (the US regulator) asks everyone who downloads its filings to include a contact email; it is sent only to sec.gov with each request. Leave empty to skip SEC checks.
